Shop Policies

Welcome to Burn Build Craft! We’re thrilled you’re here—pull up a chair, grab a coffee (or something stronger), and get ready for a shopping experience that’s as smooth as a fresh 3D print… minus the weird leftover strings.

We want everything about your time with us to be clear, simple, and—dare we say—enjoyable. No confusing fine print, no surprise fees, just straightforward policies so you know exactly what’s what.

Here’s a quick (and hopefully painless) overview of our shop policies—think of it like the instruction manual you actually want to read before hitting “Print.”

Ordering

All orders are processed faster than you can say “Are we there yet?”—you know, like when we were kids endlessly asking our parents on those long road trips.

Digital files are ready for you to download immediately after purchase—so you can dive into your project before you’ve even finished your snack. 🍿💨

Physical products will be lovingly packed and shipped as soon as they’re ready. Sometimes that means same-day if we’re on a roll, other times it might take a few days because good things take time… or because one of us got distracted upgrading the 3D printer again (classic).

If you don’t hear from us with an update, feel free to reach out anytime—we won’t mind. After all, we remember what it’s like to be that kid in the backseat asking, “Are we there yet?” 😄

Either way, we’re hustling behind the scenes to get your order to you ASAP—no endless waiting, just quality gear headed your way.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and a few other forms of digital wizardry as shown at checkout. If it beeps, clicks, or makes your bank account slightly nervous, we probably take it.

Sadly, we don't yet accept magic beans, pirate treasure, high fives, or trades involving vintage Pokémon cards—but we’re watching the market just in case. 😉

Just follow the checkout prompts, and you’ll be one step closer to owning something awesome (and probably 3D printed with love and mild cursing).

Shipping

Physical products ship within 3–5 business days. If it’s in stock, we’ll pack it up and launch it out the door faster than your printer can finish a first layer—usually within 24 hours. Custom orders may take up to 5 business days, because great things take time (and sometimes a little arguing with the printer). 🛠️📦💨
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships—so you can obsessively refresh it every 10 minutes like the rest of us. 📦🔍💻
We ship worldwide; shipping costs and times vary by destination. Unfortunately, we don’t control the rates—if we did, everyone would get next-day delivery for the price of a slice of pizza. 🍕📦

Digital Products

Digital files are for personal use only—so feel free to print, tweak, and enjoy, but don’t go all Robin Hood and start sharing or selling them without a license.

No sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution—seriously, even your super crafty aunt has to buy her own copy. 😉

And since digital files can't be un-downloaded (trust us, we've tried), we don’t offer refunds on downloads. Once it's yours, it's yours—forever and ever, like that weird ringtone you still can't delete. 💻✨

Returns & Exchanges

Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery—as long as they haven’t been used, abused, or turned into part of a robot costume. Keep it in original condition, and we’re good to go.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs—we’d love to cover it, but sadly, our 3D printer doesn’t make stamps yet. 📬

Before sending anything back, email us at Support@BurnBuildCraft.com so we can give you the secret return instructions (and possibly a few bad puns).

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable—because once we’ve made something just for you, it’s basically got your name (or weird color combo) written all over it.

Custom Orders

We love custom projects—seriously, throw your wildest ideas at us. Need a custom camera mount? A bizarre bracket for your vintage backhoe? A 3D-printed cat throne? We're already excited.

Got a vision that’s slightly unhinged—like an engraved tumbler covered entirely in your best friend’s face? Yeah, we’ve done that. And yes, it was both glorious and slightly terrifying. 😬
